What is after sale service?
RE: Our engineer will give you the drawing CAD, after you are ordered the display, our engineer can remote control, before you got the display, our engineer will design customized drawings for you, Because different size, installation ways, different drawings.
How to install?
RE: We have 2 optional solutions.
a: Our professional engineers can go to your country to provide installation guidance on site, but you need to pay some fees,personnel $120 per day, and accommodation, airfare and so on.
b:Our company provides free training for new customers. When we confirm the order, you can send your engineers to our factory for free training. and our engineer will make the led cabinets which is very convenient for you to install it.
How are these LED lights controlled?
RE: We use colorlight control system. we can can provide C4 or C6 player box specification and manual. Before delivery, our engineer will shoot the video for installation and debugging. Including all connect cable video.main pow power cable ,main data cable connect diagram.
What the software your company uses for your product?
